Sorry for the delay....

Hi, everyone I know it's been a really long time since I last dropped a line. I've been extremely busy lately since I decided to attend The French Pastry School this fall quarter! We're in our fifth week all ready, and I'm happy to say I'm progressing very well. I didn't realize how challenging and precise baking can be, but my main objective is to complete each assignment to the best of my ability. I'm being instructed by some of the best pastry chefs in the world, and I'm going to take this opportunity as seriously as possible.  I have a few pics of what I've learned so far.....
